Hole 18, Par 5

The eighteenth at Fossil Trace is a fantastic finishing hole. Danger lurks everywhere on this reachable par-5 which has been voted “Best Bet Settler” in Colorado. Playing it safe requires a shot down the left side of the fairway, avoiding the water which runs the entire length of the hole. If you choose to go for it in two, your approach must carry the lake to an undulating green protected by two deep bunkers on the left and the right. If it all comes down to this hole, an eagle is as possible as is a triple bogey.
