Hole 1, Par 4

The 1st hole at Mammoth Dunes is a Par 4 with a generous fairway that slopes from right to left. It is best to attack this green from the right side of the fairway, but the mounding will cause most tee shots to roll to the left side . A well-placed drive will leave you with a short-iron or wedge into the green. The green also slopes from right to left.
