The finishing hole at Mammoth Dunes is an epic Par 5, and is one of the most demanding holes on the course. A drive to the left side of the fairway will avoid the bunker that looms on the right. From there, players are left with a difficult second shot that must avoid a small bunker on the right and a massive dune that guards the green. The approach is uphill about 20 feet to a green that slopes dramatically toward the front. Any approach shot hit too short will most likely roll off the front, so take plenty of club and finish strong.
